The Cinco de Mayo Festival, organized by NEWSED Community Development Corporation, continues to make its mark in Denver. For two days, the city was filled with joy and color to commemorate this important date, celebrating cultural traditions, and strengthening the community. One of the highlights was the exciting parade, where El Comercio de Colorado was proudly represented by the fearless members of Las Adelitas de Colorado, a children’s escaramuza club that delighted the audience.
In addition to the parade, attendees enjoyed a wide variety of activities and attractions, from delicious Mexican food to unique handcrafted products. Musical groups, including Dueto Voces de Rancho, Patrulla 81, Chihuahua Al Norte, Integridad Norteña, Tropical Kaoba, and Fiebre del Sabor, made hearts beat with their talent and infectious energy. Without a doubt, this event left an indelible mark on the memory of everyone who had the privilege of being part of this special celebration.
