At the Create Kitchen School in Stanley Market, the executive chef of the restaurant, Eramos Casiano, played a dual role during the Comcas’t Mixer held at his culinary and bar school. What began as a welcome to the guests soon turned into a masterful cooking class, where Casiano shared his culinary knowledge with a very special group of participants: social media influencers, many of them specializing in culinary critique.

However, this time, roles were reversed, and the influencers became the chefs, immersing themselves in the hands-on experience of gastronomic creation. This innovative initiative, sponsored by COMCAST, not only highlighted the diversity of the assembled group but also offered a unique experience where culinary criticism gave way to creativity in the kitchen. The atmosphere was one of joy and camaraderie, transforming the night into an unforgettable culinary experience.
