On the afternoon of August 6, the Denver Botanic Garden received a considerable amount of the gastronomic and cultural variety of the Americas. That afternoon, during the 13th edition of Sabor, a gastronomic festival organized by the Colorado Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (CHCC), the delicious dishes from more than 40 restaurants were tasted.

At Sabor, six countries from the Americas were represented. Exquisite Mexican tacos with juicy meats, Colombian empanadas, Venezuelan tequeños, Peruvian ceviche, Salvadoran pupusas, and the delicious Argentine and Brazilian style meats were at the event. All these dishes were served with gourmet presentation.

Good Music

Sabor also had many notable tequilas, and music such as tango, huapango, the Andean flute, and the Venezuelan joropo. “This edition of Sabor was a showcase of the cultural diversity of the region for the enjoyment of the Colorado business community,” said Mike Ferrufino, CHCC Executive President.
