Aurora, Colorado, is preparing to welcome a window into vibrant Peruvian culture with the arrival of the Peruvian Film Festival. This event, organized by the Consulate General of Peru in collaboration with the City of Aurora’s Office of International and Immigrant Affairs, promises an enriching cinematic experience for the entire community.
These films, presented in Spanish and Aymara with English subtitles, offer a unique opportunity to explore diverse narratives and perspectives from Peru. It’s an open invitation for the community to immerse itself in stories that reflect the diversity and talent of Peruvian cinema. All screenings will take place at The People’s Building (9995 E. Colfax Ave.).

Reinas (PG-13)
An emotional drama exploring the complexities of life and family relationships. The film offers an intimate look at the challenges and triumphs of its protagonists.
