Sabor 2025 exceeded expectations with a vibrant evening in the gardens of the Denver Botanic Garden. Elegance, Latin flavors, and music came together in this event that brought together more than 3,500 attendees. Community leaders, entrepreneurs, and culture lovers enjoyed a unique outdoor experience with the best of Hispanic cuisine, art, and networking opportunities.
“It was an unforgettable night for our community and a powerful platform to promote Latino entrepreneurs,” said Mike Ferrufino, CEO of the Colorado Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (COHCC), host of the event. About 25 restaurants offered culinary delights, while musicians and dancers enlivened the tour through the garden’s 23 acres.
Funds raised support leadership programs and small business grants provided by the COHCC. With this success, Sabor reaffirms its place as a benchmark of Latino richness in Colorado.
