The 2022 convention of the National Association of Hispanic Publications (NAHP) has finished without a hitch. This event, brought together in Colorado, united the owners and publishers of some 450 media outlets that serve the population in the United States. The 40th anniversary of the NAHP was celebrated at this event.

American President Joe Biden sent his congratulatory message to the editors present in Colorado. “I am confident that the NAHP will continue this incredible and essential work, and I look forward to seeing all that the NAHP and its member publications will accomplish in the years to come,” Biden said.

Denver Mayor Michael Hancock declared November 17 NAHP Day in honor of its 40th anniversary. On the other hand, the mayor of Aurora, Mike Coffman, delivered the key to the city to Álvaro Gurdián, president of NAHP. And finally, Congresswoman Diana DeGette issued and posted a proclamation to recognize the work of the organization.
