PROHÍBEN COMPETIR SEGÚN IDENTIDAD DE GÉNERO EN COLORADO SPRINGS

Con una votación 3 a 2, la junta escolar del Distrito 49 en Colorado Springs prohibió a estudiantes transgénero participar en equipos deportivos que coincidan con su identidad de género. La medida, impulsada tras una orden ejecutiva federal de febrero, impide que chicas trans compitan en equipos femeninos y viceversa. 

La decisión, vigente para el próximo ciclo escolar, ha generado reacciones encontradas. Algunos padres defienden la “justicia deportiva”; otros denuncian exclusión y anticipan demandas. La Asociación de Actividades Escolares de Colorado adoptó una postura “neutral” ante el conflicto.

Lorem Ipsum comes from sections 1.10.32 and 1.10.33 of “de Finibus Bonorum et Malorum” (The Extremes of Good and Evil) by Cicero, written in 45 BC. This book is a treatise on the theory of ethics, very popular during the Renaissance. The first line of Lorem Ipsum, “Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet..”, comes from a line in section 1.10.32.
