Two million lights

Denver Zoo’s annual display is one of the region’s most popular. That means preparing for crowds during busy times and fi nding patience when you’re shoulderto-shoulder with other parents in the hot chocolate line. Once you’re off and walking around the 80-acre display, which features 2 million lights, check out the Carol Train Sing-along, animals’ demos and keeper talks, ice carvers, Santa meet-and-greets and the zoo’s signature “illuminated animated sculptures” throughout. It will close on Christmas Day.
