Paraguay recibió a 16 migrantes deportados desde Estados Unidos bajo un acuerdo de tercer país seguro. Los extranjeros permanecerán temporalmente mientras se gestiona su retorno. El convenio forma parte de la política migratoria de Washington. Autoridades aseguran que no tienen antecedentes penales y que se respetarán sus derechos durante el proceso.
