Back to school 2020
The Libre Institute will be giving out backpacks with school supplies to the community. Do not miss this great event to learn how to equip your child for school success and celebrate the back to school season. This event will be “contactless” and families will be asked to stay in their cars while volunteers maintain a safe distance while handing our backpacks and important information about educational opportunities and safely returning to school this year.

The Potter’s House of Denver will be delivering 2,000 backpacks with school supplies. Recipients must be schoolchildren from prekindergarten through grade twelve. If the children cannot accompany their parents, they must carry a birth certificate for each child and their photo identification. People must fill out a questionnaire upon arrival at the site. People must stay in their cars and they will give them backpacks.

Ready for School
Servicios de La Raza knows that school will look quite different for our youth this year. Whether in the classroom or homeschooled, they want the Hispanic community to be prepared . They will be offering free backpacks and school supplies for appointment-based pick-up. Supplies are limited.
