The organizers of “Amor a la Mexicana: Tequila, Mezcal, Arte y Cultura” assure that we must be prepared for a very original cultural experience. One of the most exciting aspects of this event will be the presence of seven mezcalero masters who will arrive from Oaxaca, a region famous for its skill in the production of mezcal, the presence of these artisans responds to a collaboration with the Consulate General of Mexico in Denver.

Tequila and mezcalero representatives will also arrive directly from Jalisco and Durango. “We want attendees to be able to taste products of exceptional quality. In addition, local restaurants will present delicious Mexican tapas to complement the drinks. Cultural diversity is an integral part of ‘Amor a la Mexicana’” says Marlene Bedoya, from the organizing committee.

The event will feature performances by mariachi and a Mexican rock band, as well as folk dance performances and exhibitions by local and international artists. “This mix of music, art, and culture creates an authentic atmosphere,” says Bedoya. This executive also highlights that the event is not limited only to the celebration of tequila.

For the benefit of JAMLAC

“The event also embraces a mission of positive social impact. This year, the event will be a benefit for the Justice and Mercy Legal Aid Center (JAMLAC), which provides legal services to immigrants. Part of the proceeds from the event will go to support this significant cause. We ratify that it is about something more than the festival of alcoholic beverages; it is a comprehensive celebration of culture, art and community,” Bedoya said.
